Safari Circuit – Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
- 1.1. A booking is confirmed once full payment or deposit (as agreed) is received.
- 1.2. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- 2.1. Clients may cancel their tour up to 2 months (60 days) prior to the scheduled departure.
- 2.2. If cancellation is made within this period, clients are entitled to 70% refund of the total amount paid.
- 2.3. Cancellations made less than 2 months before departure are non-refundable.
Travel Documents
- 3.1. All clients must possess a valid passport for the duration of their stay.
- 3.2. A valid visa (if required) for entry into the destination country must be held by the client before travel.
- 3.3. Safari Circuit is not responsible for clients denied entry due to invalid or missing travel documents.
Equipment Declaration and Responsibility
- 4.1. Clients must declare all personal equipment brought on tour, including but not limited to photography gear, drones, or other electronic devices.
- 4.2. Clients take full responsibility for the safety and security of their personal equipment. Safari Circuit will not be liable for loss, damage, or theft of any client property.
Health and Safety
- 5.1. Clients must comply with all safety guidelines provided by Safari Circuit guides and staff.
- 5.2. Safari Circuit reserves the right to refuse participation to any client whose actions may compromise the safety of themselves or others.
Liability
- 6.1. Safari Circuit and its affiliates are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour unless caused by gross negligence of the company.
- 6.2. Clients participate in all activities at their own risk.
Amendments
- 7.1. Safari Circuit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- 7.2. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to the commencement of their tour.
Governing Law
- 8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
